The Autostore Activity Charging Module (ACM) automatically itemises and charges for every existing container handling service you offer your customers. Using ACM, you can quickly introduce and invoice new billable services that maximise your terminal's assets and revenue opportunities - including storage.
ACM improves your dockside service revenues with real-time control and financial analysis of your terminal's throughput and workload. Integrating seamlessly with Autostore CTMS, it transmits the invoicing data to your host accounting system for customer billing at intervals you choose.
ACM comes with three charging interfaces for unparalled invoicing clarity:
Charge Code: logs the charges you define and transmits them to the host system through Autostore CTMS.
Invoice Code: displays the charges and invoices that have been raised by Autostore - plus their status. You can change whole invoices or individual unit charges for re-transmission/re-billing.
Charging-Shipping Line Throughput: counts the invoiced units (or throughput) for each customer and/or activity - plus you can reset the throughput values to zero at the start of each financial year.
