Autostore LPM is a fully integrated option for Autostore WMS, automatically able to plan a load (delivery) for partial orders, full orders or groups of orders you nominate. If you want to make manual changes to a generated plan using simple drag-and-drop, it will always check full safety compliancy before confirming despatch.
The module asseses each load across 17 key identification and safety parameters to deliver load compliance you can rely on. Autostore-controlled radio data terminals (RDTs) send the trailer ID, footprint and level data to your loading operators and each move is confirmed back by the handling equipment in real-tiime. Once loading is finished, your consignment is ready to go the load plan saved for a full digital audit trail.
