The Autostore warehouse management system can control a wide range of configurations - from conventional sites with Radio Data Terminals (RDTs) to complex High Bay Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS). It can also be employed for raw material, work in progress and finished goods stores.

The system provides real-time stock control with picking at full pallet/container and item (case) levels. It can operate a dedicated facility for a single client or can be used by third party distribution companies to operate a shared facility with a multi-client capability.

Receipt Loads:
You can easily Create/Delete/Amend Receipt the load details.

  

Stock Reservation:
You can reserve stock for specific orders by assigning a reservation code to individual units. Just select a reservation code and click the Assign button - this moves the unit records to the Selected list. Once all the units you need are in the Selected list, click Accept.

  

Stock Enquiry
Enquires can be made into any pallet or unit that has been in stock, is in stock at present or is pre-advised to come into stock. Using the filter elements as required, the results screen will display all units that meet the criteria you enter.

  

Despatch Loads
Attach your order for all stock required for output from the store - this is then assigned to a Despatch Load. A despatch load may have multiple orders.

  
Good Manufacturing Practice
Autostore is a Category 4 GMP system - a 'standard package' that may require a small degree of customisation for a specific project. Customisation is typically only required for external interfaces - for example to ERP systems and automated cranes and/or conveyors.
